Job Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth Mutual Fund operations complying with all internal controls, regulatory, and management requirements
• Data Analytical Skill and technology know-how to implement & integrate best market practices and state-of-the-art technology platforms for continuous process improvement and optimum level of investor satisfaction
• Ensure best rating in respect to Internal Audit and Operational Risk Management through flawless Operational processes as per SOP & KYC / AML policy as well as ensuring Regulatory Compliance and TAT
• Lead the Operations team to set individual objectives, review performance appraisals, and provide ongoing feedback on a formal and informal basis so that the team is aware of what they are required to achieve and how they are performing against their job objectives

Educational Requirements

• BBA/MBA from any university

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Experience in Capital Market will be given preference
• Excellent interpersonal &communication skills
• Should be able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Should also know financial institution operations, policies, procedures and systems
• Should have the ability to work under pressure
