Job Responsibilities

• Site searching & selection for new Offices/ Branches/ Sub-Branches/ ATMs
• Site survey for upcoming branches/ sub-branches/ ATMs
• Conducting feasibility study (e.g. location analysis, profit & loss assessment, competitor analysis) for renting/ acquisition of new establishments
• Negotiate with landlords on key commercial terms, review all relevant documents and work together with legal unit to achieve concrete and well-structured leasing agreements
• Managing all necessary legal affairs for renting/ acquiring new properties
• Prepare necessary proposal for renting/ property acquisition approvals
• Preparation and renewal of lease agreements for renting properties/ branches
• Management of all necessary regulatory affairs/ correspondence (with Central Bank) for Branch Expansion
• Arrangement of Branch Opening Programs/ management of branch shifting works
• Responsible for other tasks and administration as assigned the Management

Educational Requirements

• Masters in any discipline from reputed universities with no Third Division

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Administration, Branch Expansion, General Services, Logistics

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 2 (Two) years' experience in similar function in a Bank/ NBFI
• Detail-oriented, highly organized with strong problem solving skills
• Well experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in a in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Adequate computer literacy to work in office packages
• Ability to type both Bangla & English in Computer
• Geographic mobility and flexibility
