Job Context

HFCL is looking for capable, confident and enthusiastic Leaders with experience in Branch Operation, Investment and Financial Administration and related NBFIs operational activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Have to meet the goals and standard set by the top management of the company
• Development action plan to enhance operational controls and optimized customer service; communicate with customer to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain operational standard to ensure an excellent Working environment
• Ensure smooth maintenance and functioning of the IT infrastructure of the company
• Ensure the smooth reporting and compliance of all relevant issues covering internal and regulatory bodies.

Educational Requirements

• Post Graduate Degree in any discipline preferably in Business with no Third (3rd) Division/ Class/ CGPA and at least two First (1st) Division/Class/CGPA.

Experience Requirements

• At least 8 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 40 years
• Age Requirements: Not more than 40 years (as on October 15, 2021). May be relaxed in case of exceptional candidates.
• Minimum 08 Years of experience with Bank/NBFI
• Strong organizing, coordination, administrative and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multi-task
• Excellent written and oral communication skill both in Bengali & English.
• Dedicated, proactive, hardworking and leadership skills.
• Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
