Job Context
- HFCL is looking for capable, confident and enthusiastic individuals for working in Human Resources and Administration (HRA) Department.
Job Responsibilities
- To provide day to day administration and general services to all the departments relating to logistics, office administration, security, transport, office maintenance, utilities etc.
- To conduct employee engagement program to establish a strong culture in the organization
- To ensure proper maintenance of all personnel and HR related documents
- To manage general HR practices such as recruitment, staffing, succession planning, performance management evaluation, leave management, staff orientation, development and training, compensation and benefits administration.
- To provide timely and regular reports to the management to keep them updated
- To ensure administering of company's service rules, policies and disciplines

Educational Requirements
- Post Graduate Degree in any discipline preferably in Business with no Third (3rd) Division / Class / CGPA and at least two First (1st) Division/Class/CGPA.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 35 years
- Minimum 05 years of relevant work experience in HRA Department of Bank/NBFI.
- Age Limit: Not more than 35 years (as on October 15, 2021).
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (including, but not limited to Labor Law)
- Strong command over MS Office specially Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent inter personal skills along with excellent proficiency in Bengali and English.
- Having strong problem-solving, organizational, research and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic & dynamic personality who can perform assigned task under pressure situation and ability to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner
