Job Context

HFCL is looking for capable, confident and enthusiastic individuals experience to work in IT Department, to deal with Core Banking Software, Database Software and Operating System.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot all network and computer related issues;
• Integrate security, physical control solutions for all confidential data and systems;
• Monitor performance and manage parameters to provide fast responses to front-end users;
• Integrate and configure computer networking for best performance;
• Troubleshoot and repair of hardware, operating systems and application;
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks;
• Enhance office IT system through appropriate upgrades and advise Operations Unit on changes of improvements required;
• Help install and support of all ICT hardware and software;
• Provide overall administrative support to the Senior Management

Educational Requirements

• Graduate degree in Information Technology or related field with no Third (3rd) Division/ Class/ CGPA and at least two First (1st) Division/Class/CGPA.

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 34 years
• Minimum 3-4 Years of experience with Bank/NBFI
• Related IT experience in core banking solution is preferable
• Strong command over Core Banking Software, Database Software, Operating System
• Excellent inter personal skills along with excellent proficiency in Bengali & English
• Self-motivated, energetic & dynamic personality who can perform assigned task under pressure situation and ability to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner
• Not more than 34 years (as on October 15, 2021).
