North Korea's leader Kim Jong Un declared victory over coronavirus, state media KCNA reported. The sister of Kim Jong Un, and high ranking official Kim Yo Jong called for a "deadly" retaliation against South Korea, blaming its neighbor for North Korea's Covid-19 outbreak.
